Ad oggi i temi relativi alla Privacy e alla protezione dei dati personali sono più sentiti che mai, basti pensare allo scandalo Facebook e Cambridge Analytica, non a caso il Garante della Privacy e l’Unione Europea hanno introdotto il Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 del 27 aprile 2016 (GDPR) che mette in campo una serie di linea guida che le aziende della comunità europea devono osservare per garantire la protezione e la riservatezza del dato utente conservato.

 

PRIVACY E GDPR

Il GDPR racchiude in se non solo gli aspetti strettamente legati alla Privacy ma un insieme più complesso di tematiche, da quelle legali a quelle più tecnologiche. Il nuovo regolamento EU 2016/679 del 28 aprile 2016 infatti ruota intorno ai concetti della protezione del dato, della suo ciclo di vita e della corretta informazioni che l’utente deve ricevere in merito ai suoi dati.
