Continuous automated pentests
to check the perimeter and leave nothing to chance

Testing the potential weaknesses of the system and making sure there are no possible breaches in the corporate network perimeter should be a recurring practice.

This is exactly where a very useful tool for keeping the situation under control comes into play: continuous automated penetration tests.

Subscribe to the service for numerous benefits

Realistic simulation

The test attack, carried out in a controlled environment and therefore at zero risk, is performed as it would be in the real world: directly from the network, without known credentials, just like a hacker would.

No service interruption

The goal is to go unnoticed, which is why we ensure that the process will not interrupt the service, simulating the techniques an attacker would use. An attacker would try not to be noticed, and so will we.

Reporting and error correction

The service provides a detailed report of every step of the attack vector. From this, we draw up a list of vulnerabilities with the related mitigations to be implemented according to risk priority.

What is a penetration test for?

A Penetration Test, or Pentest, is a security tool designed to test the robustness and security of a network. The idea is to simulate the behavior of malicious actors and try to breach the system in various ways.

We recommend performing a Pentest regularly, especially after major changes to the infrastructure. However, a classic Penetration Test is not enough to ensure that daily operations do not put the entire infrastructure at risk.

This is why the continuous automated Pentest service was created. By automatically running exploits against the network, it is possible to constantly verify that the infrastructure is secure and not exposed to risks.

Use of up-to-date techniques

The system will always use the most up-to-date penetration techniques, for the best possible control.

Variable test frequency

Continuous testing can be as frequent as daily, to constantly verify the state of the infrastructure.

Does not interfere with other services

Continuous automated pentesting does not affect any other corporate security services offered by Cyberfero.

Comparison with manual Pentest

Pentest Manual Automated
Duration A few days Continuous over time
Techniques used Limited to the tester's knowledge Always up to date. No unrealistic scenarios are implemented
Coverage Partial, circumstantial Complete
Execution capability Fluctuating Consistent
Risks May cause downtime No risk

Note: Continuous pentesting does not rule out manual pentesting, which it is good practice to schedule regularly. The two services are not mutually exclusive but complement each other.

Our advice is to perform a thorough manual Penetration Test once a year (or after significant changes to the infrastructure) and to run automated pentests continuously.

Other services that can be combined with continuous pentesting: Web Application Test, Cyber Threat Intelligence, SOCaaS.
